On this day in 2010, with the Rockies’ 4-3 victory over St. Louis, Ubaldo Jimenez became the first pitcher in ten years to record 15 wins prior to the All-Star break. The Colorado right-hander, who is has compiled a 15-1 mark, is the first hurler to reach the plateau since David Wells posted a 15-2 record with the Blue Jays in 2000.
